Tender coconut water improves immune system functioning. It contains lauric acid which gets converted to monolaurin which has properties to fight against various infections.
Conditions

fevers like measles, chicken pox. In such fevers, the patient feels
very weak. Tender coconut water provides electrolytes and is thus
refreshing.
